Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and m4444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the m4444 website available at https://m4444.app, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or making a deposit or withdrawal through m4444, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Deposits & Withdrawals

m4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment channels in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

All transactions on m4444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed on the basis of the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is specified and approved in advance by m4444 support.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published alongside the respective promotion.

In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on m4444 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details. Players are responsible for reading the full bonus terms before claiming any offer.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering (after rollover completion) are withdrawable.
• !m4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, any bonus-derived winnings accrued up to that point will be removed from the account.
• !Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of stolen payment methods, the exploitation of system errors, or collusion with other players, will be voided in their entirety. Associated accounts will be permanently suspended and the matter reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

Prohibited Conduct

• ✗Colluding with other players, operating in a syndicate, or otherwise coordinating betting activity in a manner designed to exploit promotional terms or distort game or betting market outcomes.
• ✗Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account. Each account is personal to the registered account holder and may not be operated by any other individual under any circumstances.
• ✗Accessing or attempting to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any non-human agent. The use of arbitrage betting software, odds-scanning bots, or automated wagering systems of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
